I remember reading sometime in the last 6 months about Estonia allowing US/UK/NATO to enlarge their presence. Over the past 3-4 months, there's been almost daily military cargo plane flights in/out of Estonia - US & UK, but majority UK. So, they're definitely busy there & there's also some type of permanent drone over the coastline. To be blunt, once a small country like that has a UK/US/NATO base established in their borders, they're going to conduct whatever type of operations they want to from there, with or without the knowledge/permission of the Estonian government. Maybe an op from there or maybe it is a good vantage point to run an op with assets just over the border in Russia? They've certainly had time to gather intel with the P-8A Poseidon traffic that was intense about a month ago (its now switched back to the Black Sea/Romanian coast area). The leaders of the Baltic states have been very...vocal...during this conflict & I've thought to myself that may not be the best strategy if things start to really go sideways.

Those drones are interesting. I would assume due to their construction they're fairly cost effective. Clever little device for the right circumstances.

Great update & have a good Labor Day weekend.

Thanks for the detailed update. I wonder if Ukraine snuck into Estonia and launched the attack. They're desperate and, with the US egging them on, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have Estonia's authorization.
